		<description>Actually there were other prettier ladies who didn&#039;t make it to the top 16. 

You know what.. I wonder how those contestants would look like without make up on. All these beauty pageants should go for natural beauty instead of &quot;paintings&quot;.</description>

Miss Malaysia&#039;s gown was uninspiring but then again so was the gown that was bestowed the World Designer award.

And it wasn&#039;t clear by what standards or guideline did the judges adhere to to deduce the 16 semi-finalist to the last 5 -- no interviews, no specific gown parade for just them. It was more like, &quot;OK, here&#039;s the 16 ladies... ok, now there will only be 5, la la la la la...&quot;

Miss World has always been a lesser pageant in terms of concept and execution compared to Miss Universe, but in recent years, it has improved. This 2007 pageant however, was something of an anti-climax. It wasn&#039;t worth the anticipation.
